FAQ

A complimentary consultation is recommended for advanced treatments so we can assess your skin and design the right plan. You can request one anytime through the booking button.

Arrive with clean skin where possible and avoid sun exposure, retinoids or active acids for a few days before resurfacing treatments. We send tailored prep notes after you book.

Most facials and hydrodermabrasion have no downtime. Microneedling, peels and plasma treatments may include mild redness for 1–3 days. We provide full aftercare guidance.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee, as appointments are reserved just for you.
